Getting to Know: Strategy & Operations
Want to know more about the folks who call Enova home? We asked Thomas Ervesun — one of Enova’s Strategy & Operations Managers — our five favorite “get to know you better” questions, and here’s what he had to say:
How did you come to work at Enova?
I was looking to enter the business consulting industry, and while looking at jobs, a colleague from my previous company recommended Enova. Everything she told me was right — Enova was able to offer me the business-consulting/problem-solving I was looking for without the extensive traveling. The Strategy & Operations role also gives me the ability to implement my solutions and see the results, which is really rewarding.
What do you do at Enova?
I lead the NetCredit S&O team. I am continuously working with Operations and Tech to develop new strategies and functionally grow our NetCredit product, in addition to improving our existing operations.
What’s the best part of working at Enova?
The people. It’s great to work with talented and diverse colleagues. They allow me to get excellent feedback on projects and solutions with their innovative ideas and “best answer wins” mentality. They inspire me to operate at the top of my game.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
It has to be Chicago!
