Enova’s top 150 call center reps — aka the Enova Top Ops — gathered at Chicago’s Carnivale restaurant earlier this year for food, drinks and karaoke. Each year, the Top Ops team’s hard work is rewarded with a party, and they come together for an afternoon or evening out on the town to relax and enjoy each other’s company.
In addition to a smorgasbord of Spanish/Central American food, the Top Ops team was given event-themed T-shirts created by the nonprofit organization Rags of Honor. Focused on helping those in need, Rags of Honors gives unemployed veterans the chance to earn a wage creating screen-printed T-shirts.
“We are so proud of our Top Ops performers, and every performance cycle we work to make this event truly special for them. We want them to enjoy the chance to get out of the office with their teammates and celebrate their achievements over the course of the year,” says Ashley Mackowiak, Enova’s senior people resources manager. “It’s just a nice way to remind employees that we genuinely want to take care of them, and truly appreciate all they do for our customers each and every day.”
