1. What does Enova’s 10-year anniversary mean to you?
Enova’s 10-year anniversary makes me happy! I’m so excited to see Enova’s success, and to see how far the company has come. I can see everyone’s hard work and dedication to the company in this anniversary. I’m also glad to see that Enova is still treating customers with respect and care. Happy Birthday, Enova!
2. What’s one way that Enova has really changed in the past 10 years?
Enova has gone through many changes, including Aperture, which is a great system. With Aperture, Enova has dramatically improved the time it takes to help a customer, and good customer service should be our top priority. I’m looking forward to seeing what Enova will improve in the years to come.
3. What’s your favorite memory from your time at Enova?
It’s not a specific memory, but I like to think back on all the different faces of the excellent employees that have made Enova what it is today. Their effort, dedication and friendliness have made Enova a fantastic place to work throughout my time here. I’m so happy to have worked for Enova for so many years!
