What is your favorite Enova Value and why?
My favorite value is Customer First. Enova exists and thrives because of our customer base. Customer patronage is the foundation of Enova’s business so it’s important to foster a culture with the customer experience at the forefront.
How do you feel you’ve made a difference at Enova?
By being a part of a team that oversees and maintains ethical business values and rules.
What is your favorite memory of your time at Enova?
The onsite visit from Mr. T for a brand commercial, and getting to meet and take pictures with him.
Any advice for new hires starting their journey with us?
Do your work to the best of your ability, set high expectations for yourself and make it happen. Ask questions and take advantage of growth and development courses and opportunities. Enova’s leadership teams are here to help you succeed in your current role and encourage you to develop your skills and seek out other roles that interest you.
