Volunteer Days for Enova Employees

With the Enova Gives program, Enova has made it clear that community outreach and volunteerism are top priorities. In addition to offering a variety of volunteer events for employees to take part in, the Enova Charitable Match Program allows employees to make a donation to a qualified charity and have Enova match the amount.

The latest addition to Enova Gives is focused on the volunteering element, with an understanding that making time to volunteer can be tricky, especially for full-time employees. To remedy this dilemma, Enova has decided to provide every full-time corporate associate with one paid volunteer day per calendar year.

“Volunteering is one of those things that’s good for everybody involved, so we’re always looking for new ways to make sure that people can take the time they need,” says Mike Gilhooly, Enova’s head of public relations. “Adding a volunteer day was a natural solution, and one we certainly hope our employees will take advantage of.”
